AI / ML Engineer
About This Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer who will own the intelligent core of our platform. Your primary focus will be building the AI-powered estimation module — a system that uses computer vision to analyze aerial/satellite imagery, detect surfaces, measure dimensions, and automatically generate material and cost estimates. You will also work on invoice processing automation and predictive analytics across the platform.
eunix.tech is building a large-scale enterprise software platform with a serious AI layer: computer vision for automated measurement, document-processing automation, and predictive analytics across business workflows. This is where you come in.
What You'll Be Doing
Build the AI-powered estimation module — image segmentation, object detection, area measurement from aerial imagery
Develop invoice processing automation using OCR and NLP to extract, classify, and validate invoice data
Create predictive analytics models for project timelines, cost overruns, and resource forecasting
Integrate ML models into the production platform via REST APIs (Python FastAPI or Flask)
Work with the Tech Lead to design the AI pipeline architecture — data ingestion, model training, inference
Continuously evaluate and improve model performance — accuracy, speed, and reliability
Document your models, data pipelines, and inference workflows
What We're Looking For
2–5 years building and shipping ML/AI systems to production
Strong Python and solid ML fundamentals — data pipelines, evaluation and metrics rigor, and reproducibility
Modern computer vision — PyTorch, object detection and segmentation (YOLO, Segment Anything / SAM, vision transformers)
Document intelligence — OCR plus vision-language models (Textract / Document AI, PaddleOCR, GPT-4o / Claude), with judgment on when to use a foundation model vs. train your own
GenAI fluency — RAG, function calling / agents, and prompt and evaluation design
Serve models in production (FastAPI, containers) and monitor them for drift, accuracy, and latency with MLOps tooling (MLflow or W&B)
A fast learner who can take the newest model from paper to production
Nice to Have
Geospatial / aerial / satellite imagery, photogrammetry, or GIS experience
Vector databases (pgvector, Qdrant, Pinecone) and modern serving (vLLM, Triton)
MLOps depth — model versioning, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and CI/CD for models
Cloud ML platforms — SageMaker, Vertex AI, or Azure ML
NLP for document classification and information extraction
