Senior Marketer
About This Role
We're hiring a Senior Marketer to own growth end-to-end — strategy, budget, and the channel mix across SEO, website content, Google Ads, and Facebook / Meta Ads. You will think in funnels and unit economics, prove your work with CAC and ROAS, and shape a brand voice that AI can scale but never replace.
eunix.tech is an AI-first software company in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar ( Mohali ) building software for global clients. As we grow, we need a marketer who can build demand predictably and mentor a junior marketer to execute alongside them.
What You'll Be Doing
Own marketing strategy and the channel mix — SEO, content, Google Ads, and Facebook / Meta Ads — against clear targets
Own and allocate the paid budget; run disciplined creative testing and measure real incrementality (blended CAC, ROAS, holdouts)
Lead SEO and the AI-search layer (GEO / AEO) — topical authority, technical SEO, and getting eunix cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
Define brand voice and content strategy; build reusable AI workflows for content and ad creative
Own the measurement stack — GA4, consent mode, first-party data — and report CAC, ROAS, and pipeline to the founder
Mentor and direct a junior marketer; set standards and review their work
What We're Looking For
4–7 years in digital marketing with hands-on ownership of SEO, content, and paid (Google + Meta)
Funnel and unit-economics thinking — you tie every decision to a metric (CAC, ROAS, pipeline)
Proven results running Google Ads (Performance Max) and Meta Advantage+ with disciplined creative testing
Modern SEO depth — topical authority, technical SEO, and the GEO / AEO shift toward AI search
AI fluency — you build LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude) into content, ad creative, and analytics workflows, and edit the output to brand voice
Strong, clear writing and the taste to tell good content from AI slop
A fast learner and owner who can also mentor a junior
Nice to Have
B2B / SaaS or services marketing experience
Server-side tracking, attribution, and privacy-first measurement (consent mode, first-party data)
Lifecycle / email / CRM and CRO experience
Experience marketing technical or AI products
