To get you from Zero to One. You will learn the core tools (n8n, AI APIs) and build your first complete automation that solves a real business problem.

Weekly Breakdown

Week 1: The Automation Mindset & Tools

Learned: What is an API? What is a Webhook? What is JSON?

Project 1: Simple Data Mover

Set up n8n (or Make) and build a workflow that runs on a schedule.
Fetches data from a public API (like a weather API).
Filters the data and posts it to a Google Sheet.

Week 2: Connecting the Web

Learned: How to catch a webhook. How to parse incoming data. How to use logic (If-statements).

Project 2: Contact Form Bot

Create a web form and set it up to send a webhook.
Build an n8n workflow that catches the data.
It sends an automated We received your message email and a WhatsApp notification to you.

Week 3: Integrating AI

Learned: How to call an AI API (OpenAI/Gemini). Basic prompt engineering.

Project 3: Smart Form Bot (Upgrade Project 2)

Add a step to your workflow to send the form message to OpenAI.
Based on the AI's answer (sales, support, or spam), route the data to different places.

Week 4: Documentation & Deployment

Learned: Git & GitHub basics. How to write a good README.md.

Final Deliverable:

Create a GitHub repository with your 3 projects and a full README.md file explaining what you built.
