Why We Launched a Paid AI Automation Internship in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar ( Mohali ) (For B.Tech/MCA Students)

We saw a gap between B.Tech/MCA degrees and the real-world skills needed in AI. Here's why we're launching a project-first AI automation internship in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar ( Mohali ).

This article reflects an earlier phase of Eunix Tech. It remains available for reference, but our current company positioning and service focus have evolved.

For years, I've seen the same story play out.

Bright, talented B.Tech and MCA students from colleges right here in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar ( Mohali ) and Chandigarh graduate with solid 8-point GPAs... and they can't build anything.

They're smart. They understand the theory. They can explain data structures, algorithms, and maybe even the basics of machine learning. But when you ask them to connect a website form to a Google Sheet, trigger an AI-powered WhatsApp message, and update a CRM—all at the same time—they freeze.

They haven't been taught how to build. They've only been taught how to pass exams.

This isn't their fault. It's a huge gap in our education system. And as the founder of an AI automation agency (Eunix Tech), I face this gap as a business problem. We need engineers who can solve real-world automation challenges, but the talent pool is full of "theory-only" graduates.

So, we decided to stop complaining and start building a solution.

This Isn't a 'Coaching Class'

Let's be clear: Eunix Tech is not a training institute. We are a real-world tech company that builds complex AI automation and rescues failing MVP projects for clients.

We're launching this paid AI automation internship for one reason: to build the engineers we've always wanted to hire.

We're tired of seeing students pay for "internships" that are just 4-hour video lectures. We're tired of certificates that aren't backed by a real portfolio.

Our program is the antidote. We call it "project-first."

What "Project-First" Actually Means

From day one, you're not a "student." You're a junior automation engineer.

You won't be watching me lecture at a whiteboard. You will be in the code, on platforms like n8n, Make, and OpenAI, with a real business problem in front of you.

Your task won't be "Watch this video on APIs." It will be:

"A client needs to automate their leads. When a user submits this web form, I need you to build a workflow that automatically sends the data to their Google Sheet, creates a new contact in their CRM, and sends an AI-powered welcome message on WhatsApp. Go."

You'll get stuck. You'll hit errors. Your first attempt will probably fail.

And that's the whole point.

You will learn how to debug API failures, how to handle bad data, and how to read documentation—the actual skills of a 6-figure engineer. You'll be guided by mentors who do this for a living, not teachers who've never worked in the industry.

Building the Portfolio That Gets You Hired

By the end of our 3-month or 6-month program, you won't just have a certificate.

You will have a GitHub repository filled with real-world projects, including:

  • An AI-powered WhatsApp chatbot.
  • A lead-management automation workflow.
  • A data scraper that automates PDF-to-Excel data entry.

When a recruiter asks you "What did you build?" you will have an answer so good, they'll have to hire you.

We're looking for final-year and pre-final-year B.Tech, MCA, and BCA students in the Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar ( Mohali ) and Chandigarh area who are tired of theory and hungry to build.

If that sounds like you, the "real work" starts here.

Ready to stop learning and start building?

We're now accepting applications for our first batch. Spots are limited to 12 students to ensure direct mentorship.
